Test image upload..

Use this to test that you can upload images to us.

(6M server limit)

620 x 400 pixels

File size must be less than 4mb

To get clear images of your properties displayed on your website, the image must be sent to us in a large format. Smaller images will result in a poor appearance.

Especially if you are using a portal website such as right move, then your images must be at least 620 x 400 pixels.

As a general rule, the file size of an image should be between 1mb and 4mb in size, and between 200 pixels and 2000 pixels in height.

Images which are too small, will often be stretched out, which makes imperfections show up such focus and discolorations.

Images which are too big can also sometimes caused problems. Very large images can take a number of minutes to upload the data, and the server may not be able to resize the image.

Batch uploading to us..

If you are using other software for holding information and images of your properties, then these need to transfer up to your website. This is normally done automatically over night, but you can also manually start the upload yourself by using the web interface. Login, click on the 'uploads' then 'software' from the top menu bar.

Uploading to other portals..

The portals which you use are automatically updated over-night. In this process, we normally only send new images up to the portals, as they store previously sent images. Very occasionally this can cause problems if a portal has deleted a property image. If this happens, please just get in touch with us, and we can resend all images up to the portal.

If you dont wish to wait until the nightly upload, you can manually start the upload yourself from the web interface. Just click 'uploads' > 'Portal' from the top menu bar. Please note, this may take some time to upload, and then some more time for the portal to refresh their website with the new uploaded data.

Currently, our system wont accept images larger than 3.9mb. If images are still failing to upload, try uploading only a few or one at a time. As some internet connections are not suitable for uploading very large amounts of data at once.
