Your email account can be accessed via our web interface (known as SquirrelMail). Though you may not use this, its useful to know, so that you can setup an auto responder for when you are away.

To use this service, just login using your account name and password which would have already been provided to you.

About web-mail

Using our free web-mail service allows you to access your emails from anywhere in the world. It gives you access to your inbox, drafts, sent and trash emails. Note that if you are using a PC email system then your PC would have moved the emails from the web mail as they have arrived.

Auto Response

You can also use the web mail to set an auto response for when you are away from the office. Our server will then automatically reply to any emails you are receiving.

To setup an auto-response:

1. Visit: https://webmail.businesswebsite.com/
2. Enter your email account name and password.
3. Click on 'Auto Response' (top right corner),
4. Type in the message within the reply box.
5. Tick to enable the reply.
6. Tick to keep a copy
7. Also tick to empty reply cache.
8. Then click 'finish'.

Note that if a single user keeps emailing you, he/she will only get a reply once.
